Race & Serve for Education has brought in more than $987,000 to support Belleville Mennonite School since its inception in 2003!  Race is a jog-a-thon involving PreK-5th grade students running or walking around the gym for a designated time period. Middle and high school students will take part in a serve-a-thon by volunteering their time and hands in the community.  Our major fundraisers like Race & Serve for Education make up more than 12% of our annual budget and allow BMS to subsidize tuition costs for each of our families.  The money that is raised through this event has been used for teacher salaries and benefits, materials for the Bible curriculum, library books, technology software and equipment purchases, and more! We are grateful for the outpouring of generosity for this fundraiser each year and give God the glory for His provisions.

2023 Race & Serve for Education

More than 3,600 letters were carefully copied, sorted and mailed out for our annual Race & Serve for Education fundraiser.  This is a fun and creative opportunity for all of our students to work together, learning to encourage and challenge one another, and develop hearts of service.  We are so thankful for the support of our students' family, friends and community!  We surpassed $71,000 in contributions for this year's fundraiser!!
